心臓カテーテル治療の今を学ぶ
医療従事者たちが、心臓カテーテル治療の専門技術を学ぶプログラム「KENKO LIVE」。全国から循環器内科医が、岐阜県美濃加茂市の中部国際医療センターに集まり、ドクター同士で意見交換しながら後進の教育を進めています。スタートは2022年5月。コロナ禍の厳しい状況下での立ち上げながら、以降毎年1回、２日間にわたり継続開催しています。手術室のライブ中継により手技を学ぶほか、超過労働が慣習化している医療現場の働き方改革、子育てと医師の仕事の両立など、さまざまなテーマを立て たプログラムを展開しています。
岩田デザイン事務所ではロゴ、プログラムガイド、WEBサイトなど一連のデザイン制作のほか、当日の写真撮影も担当。プロモーション動画とそれに付帯する音楽も実験的に制作しています。
KENKO LIVE
Learning the Current State of Cardiac Catheterization
KENKO LIVE is a professional training program where healthcare practitioners deepen their expertise in cardiac catheterization. Cardiologists from across Japan gather at the Chubu International Medical Center in Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture, to exchange insights and foster the next generation of specialists through peer-to-peer dialogue.
Launched in May 2022 amid the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has continued to be held annually as a two-day event. In addition to learning techniques through live broadcasts from the operating room, the program addresses a range of themes, including work style reform in medical environments where excessive overtime has become customary, and balancing medical careers with parenting responsibilities.
Iwata Design Studio was responsible for the complete design scope, including the logo, program guide, and website, as well as on-site photography. We also produced an experimental promotional video and its accompanying original music.

Documenting Through Photography and Video
2日に及ぶ当日の様子を写真と動画に記録し、翌年向けの告知動画やオープニング動画を作成 しています。セミナーや手術の様子から、開催地となる美濃加茂市の景色、病院周辺のスケッチ記録など、イベントだけでなくそれをとりまく広い空間を毎年のドキュメンタリーとして映像に。リアリティのあるストレートな映像にしています。
The two-day program is comprehensively documented through photography and video. These materials are later developed into promotional and opening videos for the following year. Beyond capturing seminars and surgical procedures, we record the broader context of the event—scenes of Minokamo City, the host location, and sketch-like visual studies of the hospital’s surroundings. Each year’s documentation functions as an expanding visual archive, portraying not only the event itself but also the wider environment that surrounds it.
ロゴについて
About the Logo
心電図波形をモチーフにしたマークと、文字間のゆったりとしたロゴで、堂々とした安定感のあるデザインに。サブイメージに心臓のイラストを使い、キーとなるカラーをその年ごとで定めることで、年々カラーが積み重なっていくアーカイブを設計しています。
The logo features a motif inspired by an electrocardiogram waveform, paired with generously spaced typography to convey dignity and stability. A heart illustration is used as a secondary image element. By establishing a distinct key color each year, the growing archive is expressed chromatically, with each iteration adding a new layer to the evolving visual identity.
