I report and write lead feature stories that focus on the deeper social layers of various regions across Japan—such as Asahikawa, Kesennuma, Hida, Osaka, and Beppu—and also handle the photography, editorial editing, and design.

From the initial concept development—focusing on “the skill of the physician and the instruments they use”—I handle the entire process, including interviews, photography, writing, the creation of interview articles, and design.

Design That Begins with Words
企画して取材して、撮影して文章を書いて、編集デザインまで行っています。見た目のデザインだけでなく、場合によってはそれ以上に、言葉から生まれるものが重要だったりします。表現にかかわることの一通りを担います。
I plan projects, conduct interviews, handle photography, write the texts, and oversee the editing and design. Beyond the visual aspect, what emerges from language is often just as important—if not more so. I take responsibility for the full spectrum of expression.
