医療従事者に求められる社会的な責任は大きく、それもあって高い給与水準と同時に、医療業界特有のハードワークな環境が生み落とされています。公的な存在として昼夜の区別なく厳しい要求に晒され、そこに医療人としてのプロフェッショナリズムが生じています。
今回のサイト制作でフォーカスしたのは、「医師の腕と器具」です。腕一つに宿る医療人というプロとしての覚悟を浮き上がらせるデザインにまとめています

Capturing the Professionalism of Medical Practitioners
The social responsibility placed on healthcare professionals is immense. Alongside relatively high salaries, this has also produced the characteristically demanding working conditions of the medical field. As a public-facing profession, they are exposed to constant and rigorous expectations, day and night—out of which emerges a distinct sense of professionalism.
For this website, the focus was placed on “the hands of doctors and their instruments.” The design brings into view the resolve embodied in a single pair of hands, revealing the professionalism of those in the medical field.

Doctors’ Hands and Instruments
医療器具を手にした医師の腕をフラットな背景で撮影し、コンセプチュアルなビジュアルを連作しています。サイト内の各ページで、さまざまな「医師の腕と器具」のビジュアルが展開していきます。
A series of conceptual visuals was created by photographing doctors’ hands holding medical instruments against flat backgrounds. Throughout the website, various images of “doctors’ hands and instruments” unfold across different pages.
医療現場の現実をそのまま切り取る
Capturing the Reality of the Medical Field as It Is
インタビュー記事は最小限の編集しか加えず、医師たちの喋り言葉をそのまま書き起こしています。撮影ではポーズを要求せず、手術室をはじめ院内のそのままの現実をスナップしています。
The interview articles are minimally edited, preserving the doctors’ spoken words as they are. For the photography, no poses were directed; instead, moments were captured candidly within the hospital, including operating rooms, presenting the reality of the medical environment without alteration.
