鶏と水と生醤油でつくるラーメン
船橋の有名店「とものもと」で修行した藤崎さんが2022年に独立し、亀戸にオープンさせたラーメン店。麺は自家製麺、スープは鶏、水、生醤油ベースの醤油ダレ。いいものをできるだけシンプルに使い、素材の味を生かしたラーメン作りをしています。
岩田デザイン事務所がロゴデザインをはじめ、名刺、タオルなどのデザインツールを制作したほか、内観撮影も行なっています。
Men Fujisaki
Ramen Made with Chicken, Water, and Raw Soy Sauce
After training at the well-known ramen shop Tomonomoto in Funabashi, Fujisaki opened his own restaurant in Kameido in 2022. The noodles are made in-house, while the soup is based on chicken, water, and a soy sauce seasoning prepared with raw soy sauce. By using carefully selected ingredients as simply as possible, the restaurant aims to create ramen that brings out the natural flavors of its components.
Iwata Design Studio designed the restaurant’s logo as well as various design tools including business cards and towels. The studio also conducted the interior photography.
ロゴについて
About the Logo
自家製麺の小麦、鶏、生醤油の雫、麺の曲線で、楕円の印章となるように図案化しています。
The logo is composed as an oval seal-like emblem, incorporating motifs of wheat for the house-made noodles, chicken, droplets of raw soy sauce, and the curved lines of noodles.

ワンポイントで入るマーク
A Small Mark for Workwear
腕部分にロ ゴマークが入った調理服。印章風の図案が、ワンポイント刺繍のスタイルにはまります。
The logo mark is embroidered on the sleeve of the kitchen uniform. The seal-inspired design works well as a subtle one-point embroidery accent.
